FAQs:

What happens when I click to book in?

You’ll be directed to my online scheduler, where you can easily book your appointment. Once you’re booked in, you’ll get your Welcome Package! In it, you’ll find a contract, invoice that you can pay online via card or PayPal, and a link to your client portal. Then you start counting down the days until we find your one beautiful yes!

What happens during a session?

You and I spend 90 beautiful minutes talking through what’s going on for you right now, figuring out how you want things to be, and creating a strategy to make that happen. Afterwards, you’ll get a recording of our session so you can listen back to those “Ah-ha!” moments and the chance to check in with me about anything that comes up for you in the next couple of days after our session and get some ongoing support.

Is this ongoing coaching?

The One Beautiful Yes sessions are standalone sessions. But that doesn’t mean that I’ll be kicking you out the door when we’re done. If during our time together we agree that we’re a good match and you want to continue our work together, we can chat about starting a longer-term coaching relationship.

Either way, about 48 hours after our call, you’ll get a follow-up email from me checking in to see how you are doing with the recommendations and suggestions that we came up with during your session.

Can I only talk to you during our session?

Of course not! You can get in touch with me at any time at tiana@tianadodson.com. But as a One Beautiful Yes Client you do get first dibs on my email attention, which means you’ll get the fastest and most in-depth responses from me.

Can you guarantee that I’ll feel amazing about my body forever and ever and ever after this session?

Just like any type of coaching, what you get out of it is largely related to what you put into it. What I can promise is that I’ll hold space for you, guide you with my expertise as a certified health coach and my experience as a fat woman, and that I’ll meet you where you are with every bit as much energy (and then some) as you bring to our sessions.
